Antonio S. Wilson, the owner of Cliff Bell Real Estate Inspectors, is a minority and veteran who is proud to serve in the inspections industry. He grew up on Houston’s south side, and throughout his adolescence worked hard, always striving to go beyond the limits of his upbringing. This work ethic and integrity are what eventually allowed him to attend the prestigious Rice University in Houston. In addition, Antonio served the Texas Air National Guard for six years, working at Ellington Air Field as an enlisted soldier. He values loyalty and integrity and is proud of his history and how it brought him to where he is today.

Flood Insurance requirements and rates are dictated by the location of a habitable structure (a dwelling) in relation to the Special Flood Hazard Area (high-risk zone). Industry-standard reporting and unofficial, free resources can be inaccurate and do not give the clarity needed.
Securing an official WTG structure-based flood zone determination at the time of a home inspection enables borrowers, sellers, agents or other real estate professionals to understand and mitigate any real flood risks and related costs during the most pivotal time of a contract.

I have zero complaints and that is weird because I am typically super picky with services that are provided. The inspection went smooth and the follow-up was better than any other previous inspector. Antonio was extremely thorough in explanting the pros and cons of his findings which helped with our final decision for seller request to repair. We have bought and sold at least 4 homes since married and Antonio Wilson was the rudest, most unprofessional inspector we have ever experienced. My husband took off work to be home for our scheduled appointment at 9am. Then we get a reschedule for 10:30-11am. Then another reschedule. As if HIS time is more valuable than ours. He finally shows up at 12:15pm with an attitude towards my husband, doesn't introduce himself, walks up the driveway all bowed up wanting to know where the person he talked to on the phone was at (our realtor, because we were frustrated my husband wasted his day waiting for Antonio). Walked around my house like he owned it, slamming cabinet doors, didn't put anything back after moving them. Just disrespectful and gives other actual professional inspectors a bad name. Use anyone but him!!

I support black owned business, but I will never support Cliffs business ever again. The inspection process took over 6 hours, he was late and marked things that were in working condition. I had two different inspections and the items he listed never showed up on theirs report. Also he wants to advertise his business on my property. Definitely look the other way if you hear his name come up. 🤬

You can add on the inspection for reasonable prices, but honestly I didnt even need to do that. I called other places and their inspections went from $655-$740. I only paid $400. He was very professional and took his time to explain everything to me since this is my first time purchasing a home. I am definitely recommending!!!!

The house didn't appear to be well-kept and had a few noticable problems which needed repairing. Antonio, was very thorough and provided detailed information about the property and several visible problems, during our face-to-face meeting at the property site. I had an excellent experience with Clii-Bell Real Estate Inspectors. My Inspector was Antonio Wilson. I am a first time home buyer so the entire home purchase process is daunting, but Antonio took that into consideration and truly took great time and care to walk me through everything he found on the inspection as well as gave some guidance on good questions to ask in the process and note things to prepare for in the future.
