Founder of Cliff-Bell Building Inspections & Mold Assessments

Native Houstonian | Air Force Veteran | Rice University Graduate

Hi, I’m Antonio Wilson. I’m proud to be a licensed professional inspector, a licensed mold assessment consultant, and the principal member of CB Inspects LLC, doing business as Cliff-Bell Building Inspections & Mold Assessments—named in honor of my late older brother Clifton Marion Leon Bell.

My Journey

I got my start with HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC), traveling across the country inspecting multi-family buildings to ensure they met federal standards for being decent, safe, and sanitary. I loved the work, but the travel eventually became too much. I came home to Houston and built my own business—bringing everything I learned with me. Cliff-Bell was founded on that same commitment to detailed inspections, clear reporting, and most importantly, protecting people and property.

With over 19 years of experience, Cliff-Bell has inspected:

  • 400+ commercial properties, including multi-family, hotels, office buildings, churches, wineries, retail buildings, warehouses, and industrial use buildings
  • 3,000+ residential properties, including single-family homes, condos, townhomes, mobile homes, and apartment buildings
  • 500+ mold assessments and testing across hundreds more properties
  • Countless ancillary inspections including:
    1. Wood-destroying insect inspections
    2. Pool & sprinkler system evaluations
    3. Zip-level foundation measurements
    4. Thermal imaging infrared scans

As a HUD 203(k) Consultant, I also support renovation and rehab loans by preparing feasibility studies, detailed scopes of work, cost estimates, draw requests, and more—ensuring everything stays compliant with FHA guidelines.
